Take Your Assessment
We begin with assessing and gaining your valuable feedback on the current PAE Organizational Culture. The feedback is confidential and a fundamental building block to what we do together. You will have access to the results upon completion.

Many as One.
To the leaders of Task Force Integritas,
Before a Roman legion went to war it stood for inspection. A centurion walked the rank and checked each man's armor, his weapon, and his place in the line. When the formation was sound and ready to fight, the answer came back as one word, proclaimed together.
Wholeness. Many as one. Moral character, sound mind, unified leadership. It stayed the battle cry of the early legions until Caesar replaced it with his own motto, Hail Caesar, moving the focus from the integrity of the legion to the loyalty of one man. The legionnaires kept the old word between themselves anyway. Integer. Complete and undiminished.
That is the name your task force carries, and it was chosen because it already describes you. PAE AS&A arms the American soldier from multiple locations, through specialized teams that come together as one so the American soldier wins. Many parts. One outcome.
Our work for the next four years is to make that hold under pressure, so that when someone walks your rank, the answer comes back sound.
What This Is
Task Force Integritas is one team, and we are here for all four years. That length is the point. Transformation is a practice, and a practice needs time.
Between us we have taught, trained, and coached more than 17,000 leaders across special operations, federal law enforcement, Major League Baseball, NCAA Division I athletics, and the Fortune 500. One thing shows up in every one of those organizations. Competence stops being the constraint somewhere around O-5 and GS-14. What changes results after that is a trusted thinking partner and a leadership culture that holds under load.
Winning matters. Meeting hard requirements on time is part of winning. So is the culture that carries your people through the years when the requirements do not let up.
What Is in It for You
Start with the practical, because that is what you are actually asking. All of this happens at your site, and every event is synched to your own training calendar. You will move through it with a cohort of your peers, roughly twenty five leaders, and you will know them well by the end.
Then the part that lasts longer. You get twelve one on one coaching sessions over six months, every year, with a coach you choose yourself from our roster. We hand you the bios and the stories, and you pick the partner who fits where you are going, because fit is what makes coaching work. You will get an honest picture of how you actually lead, from an assessment built for executives and debriefed one on one. And if you want it, you can earn an International Coaching Federation credential of your own and coach the people you lead.
Your Four Year Roadmap
| Year | You | Your Organization |
|---|---|---|
| FY27 · Build | Your cohort begins. Twelve coaching sessions over six months with a coach you choose. An executive assessment and a personal debrief inside your intensive week. The first TELOS modules, on trust and accountability. | A culture and climate baseline established. One hundred leaders through. One shared leadership language across every location for the first time. |
| FY28 · Apply | A new coach or the same one, your call. Deeper TELOS modules on difficult conversations, leading under pressure, and leading peers. Team coaching with your own section. | Another hundred leaders join you. Coaching becomes how leaders here talk to each other, in hallways and not only in sessions. |
| FY29 · Lead | Mentor coaching and the credential path if you want it. You start coaching the people you lead, with supervision behind you. | An internal bench of credentialed coaches. Your dependence on us begins to drop, on purpose. |
| FY30 · Own | You are the one modeling it for the leader who arrives after you. | A culture that holds through the next change of command, carried by your own people. |
Coaching sessions are currently priced for FY27, FY28, and FY29, with FY30 written as sustainment.
The One Thing We Need from You This Month
Ten minutes on one page.
Everything you need lives on the Task Force Integritas page. From there it is one click to your coursework and one click to your coach. Set up your profile, read the coach bios, choose your coach, and put your first sessions on your own calendar. Move them when the mission moves, because it will. Everything else, we carry.
The welcome film from your task force is on that same page. Five of us, a few minutes, and the whole four years in plain language. Watch it first.
Ten minutes now pays you back for four years.
Where This Lands
Imagine what changes when Army leaders walk into a PAE AS&A office and experience a high character, winning culture that sets the standard for excellence. When new personnel in process and show up motivated to do the deep work. When lifelong professionals transition satisfied, believing they finished well.
Four years from now I want to walk into any one of your sites and find the same three things in every section. High character. High trust. High performance. Leaders and teams who are complete and undiminished, holding a culture that outlasts every one of us, including the next change of command.
Transformation is not an event. It is a practice, and practice makes permanent. So practice excellence.
Let's win together.
Sound. Ready. Many as one.
